This video shows how to use your resistance band for your abdominal tuck. Just sit in a platform surface, put your resistance band into the arch of your feet. Grab the band and make it X. Bring your body down, then put up hands up above your head, while pushing the band with your feet. Bring them in, by tucking your knees into your body. Do it 3 to 6 times. You can also do it on a left side or right side position. Please see the video for more details.
