Exercise Tubing
Exercise tubing is light weight and portable. You can travel with it anywhere at anytime, and provides a great work out routine. Resistance bands or exercise tubing can be used for all parts of your body muscles. An excellent use of exercise tubing is doing bicep curls. You can change the resistance of your band as well, making it easier or harder, depending on your personal ability. In order to do a bicep curl, stand on top of the tube, with feet together and palms facing upwards, then do a bicep curl brining both arms up at the same time.
In order to make it harder, you can stand with your legs apart, and in order to make it easier, you can stand with just one foot on the tube. Once you're done with your exercise routine you can toss that tube into your hand bag, and your good to go. It is as simple and as easy as that.
Resistance Band Bicep Exercises
This exercise will incorporate the movements of a reverse and normal bicep curl, and as such should become a regular part of your arm workout, as it will aid in muscle strength and development of your biceps and forearm muscles. You may wish to perform this movement with your palms facing you at the start (reverse) and finish in either a normal or hammer action bicep curl.
